In compliance with the European Regulation EU 2016/679 (hereinafter, GDPR), as well as the applicable national regulation, this Digital Privacy Policy outlines the personal data processing methods of clients, users and visitors that browse the website of Almar srl.

This information notice does not apply to other websites, pages or online services that may be accessed via hyperlinks published on the website but referring to external resources.

Types of personal data processed

Personal data processed are those provided by you or legitimately obtained by the Data Controller. Types and methods of data processed in relation to websites are described below.

Website navigation/performance data. Computer systems and software procedures used to operate websites acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes, e.g., IP addresses, the time of the request, the pages browsed (URI/URL), the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server, the method used to submit the request to the server, names of the devices used to connect to the websites and other parameters regarding the operating system and IT environment of the users.

Data on content sharing on Social Network. The Websites mentioned in the introduction may include plugin and/or buttons in in order to share the content on your Social Networks (e.g. Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).

Providing your data

Notwithstanding the above regarding browsing data and the information provided in the individual sections of the above channels, the provision of data for additional purposes is optional. Failure to provide said data may result in the inability to pursue said additional purposes with respect to those outlined.

Purpose of the processing and lawful basis

The Data Controller processes your personal data for specific purposes and only when a specific lawful basis applies, as laid down in current data protection and privacy law. The list below covers all the processing that Almar Srl performs to enable you to use digital channels and to allow the Data Controller to keep those channels operating correctly and ensure that data is lawfully processed.

Automatically collected information

This data is processed in order to enable the correct provision of the services requested and to follow up on requests made by users.

Information are sent by users on an optional and voluntary basis to the addresses indicated on the Website or in the forms published on the website. This data is processed by the recipient of the communication in order to follow up on the requests received.

Duration and methods of treatment

The personal data collected through the Website are processed in accordance with EU Regulation No. 679/2016, (It.) Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and (It.) Legislative Decree No. 101/2018, as well as Privacy Guarantor, Order No. 231 of 10 June 2021.

Processing is carried out through the use of mainly computerised procedures.

Personal data are processed by the Controller's staff, who act on the basis of specific instructions given regarding the purposes and methods of processing.

Personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they are collected and will be retained for the duration of the applicable prescriptive periods pursuant to the laws, exclusively for purposes related to the fulfilment of legal obligations or the defence of the Controller's rights in judicial proceedings.

Recipients and Parties authorised to process the data

Your personal data is processed by the Data Controller’s employees, collaborators or third parties acting as authorized data processors and in charge for it. They are entrusted with technical and organizational duties and operate under explicit instructions issued by the Data Controller.

The rights mentioned above are the following: right of access to your data and information concerning the interested party; right to rectification of inaccurate data or integration of incomplete data; deletion of personal data concerning you (in the cases provided for by the legislation); right to limit the processing of your personal data (always in the cases provided for by the legislation); right to data portability; right to object to the processing of your personal data in the event of particular situations concerning you.

Furthermore, the Data Controller will interrupt the processing when the communication revoking the previously expressed consent, where the consent represents the legal basis of the processing, is sent by you.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in the event that the requests for information addressed to the Data Controller have not resulted in satisfactory responses.

The reference Authority is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.

Changes to the privacy information notice

The Data Controller reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, amend, add or remove any part of this privacy information notice at any time.
