The purpose of this department is ensuring that every item is perfect, through continuous and careful controls of our products.

TECHNICAL LABORATORY

We carry out internal CSA tests, hydraulic and noise controls, as well as mechanical tests according to the ASME_A112.18.1 provision.

Assembly
ASSEMBLY

A department equipped with certified benches for the execution of water and air tests, and with an automated station for the assembly and testing.

Moulds design and production
MOULDS DESIGN AND PRODUCTION

We produce moulds made with one or two materials in milling working centres, supported by .cad and .cam systems.

Mechanical processing
MECHANICAL PROCESSING

Our turning centres are equipped with leading machinery, able to process products on five axles.
