Plastic materials moulding

We rely on an injection moulding department equipped with robots and automated assembly areas, with a complete and leading working cycle, both from the production and from the sustainability point of view.

The introduction of the “hot channel system” improved the whole production cycle: the waste is reduced, and the swarf is reintroduced in the processing cycle. An automated station for the over-moulding allows us to optimize the processing operations without giving up the control and supervision by skilled technicians.
